Here too; from kitchen inventory, porcelain, glassware and cutlery to a large number of custom-made products. What made it all the more interesting was that we did not just have to compile the inventory for one single restaurant, but that we were allowed to co-design several completely different restaurant concepts.
Our custom-made trolleys have been specially adapted and renewed for this project, to optimize them for room service. For example, the trolleys are equipped with a built-in warming cabinet and an extra thick oak top.
In addition, Mettre a Table also developed a steel stand for a wine cooler especially for the new resort. A unique and handmade design. Robust in appearance and super solid in quality.
The Lux* Grand Baie resort wants to be the culinary hotspot of Mauritius with different restaurant concepts. Mettre a Table put together a suitable image for each restaurant.
For restaurant & beach club Beach Rouge, Mettre a Table developed a composition of a.o. Sumisura, Jar’s Cerise, Kevala, Stölzle glassware and cutlery Mirage by Guy Degrenne.
Ai KISU, where you will find the best of Asian cuisine on the menu, we have equipped with Rosenthal Junto Aquamarine & Ocean Blue, Revol Solstice, Studio Raw and customised PVD black cutlery. A strong and unique combination of the most beautiful items from our favorite collections!
For Rooftopbar Bisou we supplied a beautiful series of (cocktail) glasses from Stolzle and Rosenthal and a large number of items from the wonderful Paderno Bar Selection.
